Legacy Weddings and Receptions Indoor or Outdoor
Legacy Facility - 5 hours early access, and 5 hours for the wedding and reception. The site rental also includes setup of the tables, chairs, linens, gift, cake, and sign in tables. Punch bowl and cake cutters are provided. Easel for the bridal portrait, sign in pen, sand ceremony stand, toast glasses, champagne and wine glasses upon request, and cleanup of the facility.
A 1-1/2 hour rehearsal on a scheduled date is included.
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable if date is cancelled. Monthly payments are required with the balance paid in full 2 weeks before your official wedding date.
Add $250.00 for all outside caterers.
Servers are not included if you choose an outside caterer.
Certified Servers for beer and wine can be provided for $125.00 per server for your wedding & reception.
